About the Role As Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations at the site, where you, together with the Site Manager and Team Leaders, ensure that incoming and outgoing flows are managed efficiently, safely, and according to customer requirements. You will lead, coach, and develop staff, be responsible for staffing planning, productivity monitoring, and customer contact, as well as drive improvement initiatives to continuously develop our processes. The role also includes responsibility for risk and safety work as well as workplace issues within your area. Main Responsibilities • Lead, plan, and allocate daily work together with the Site Manager and Team Leaders • Ensure that daily volumes are handled efficiently and according to customer requirements • Manage customer relationships and conduct weekly and monthly meetings with customers • Coach and follow up with staff, drive development and well-being • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and report to the Site Manager/COO • Plan staffing and resources both in the short and long term • Conduct risk analyses • Identify and drive improvements in operations and processes We are looking for someone who • Has a high school education or equivalent experience • Has several years of experience in warehousing or logistics, preferably in a leadership role • Is proficient in computer skills (Office Suite) and communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written • Is structured, service-oriented, and engaged • Thrives in an operational environment where you can combine leadership with daily problem-solving • Has a genuine interest in developing people and processes We offer • A central role in a growing and future-oriented organization • The opportunity to influence and develop both the business and the team • A workplace with a strong sense of community, high pace, and a focus on improvement • Secure employment conditions and collective agreements Do you want to join us on our journey to become market leaders in 3PL?
