Operations Manager for Helge Nyberg

About the Role As Operations Manager, you will lead and develop the entire operational business. You will have broad responsibilities for production, purchasing, planning, and inventory, ensuring efficient flows throughout the entire chain. With a team of approximately 25 employees, including coordinators, you will create structure, engagement, and a culture based on collaboration. Leadership is a central part of this role; you will create clarity and rally the team towards common goals. You will drive improvement initiatives, develop processes and routines that streamline our production flows. You will identify and implement relevant key performance indicators to measure and follow up on the efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability of the operations. By analyzing and continuously evaluating work methods, you will ensure that we have the best conditions to achieve our growth targets. You will be responsible for budget and cost tracking, as well as ensuring a safe working environment for our employees. As a member of the management team, you will influence the company’s strategic development. You will report to the CEO. Your Profile We believe you are currently working as a production manager or in a similar role and are looking to take the next step towards broader responsibilities. You are accustomed to creating efficient flows, driving improvement initiatives, and developing both employees and processes. Digital tools and systems are a natural part of your working methods, as is a strong interest in technology and experience with LEAN or similar improvement methodologies. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Your leadership is based on collaboration, responsibility, curiosity, and trust. You enjoy taking initiative, creating clarity and structure, while also being present and attentive in day-to-day operations.
