Operations Manager at Aranya

About the Operations Manager Role As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading and developing daily operations across several of Aranya's central delivery areas. The role encompasses both strategic and operational work, including leadership, process development, quality assurance, and responsibility for customer-near deliveries. A typical work week involves leading the operational team (LMA), prioritizing and following up on matters within Network-as-a-Service and Care Support Offering, and ensuring that SLAs and customer requirements are met. You will drive incident management from first report to restoration, be responsible for communication during major events, and conduct root cause analyses as needed. You have personnel responsibility for nine technicians and report to Head of Service Delivery. Your Primary Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a team of 9 technicians. • Ensure operation and further development of Network-as-a-service services. • Responsibility for Incident Management and process ownership. • SLA follow-up, reporting, and improvement work. • Quality assurance of support delivery (Care Support Offering). • Cross-functional collaboration with technology, sales, and delivery teams. Important for the Position: • Experience in leadership as Team Lead, Service Manager, Operations Manager, or similar. • Previous experience in networking or similar technical infrastructure environments. • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. • Comfortable working with incident management systems, monitoring systems, and Microsoft 365. • Previously led incident management. • Communicative team player stimulated by helping and developing others. Meritorious for the Position: • College education in a relevant field. • Certified in ITIL. • Experience with ITSM and CMDB systems.
