About the Role
As OM Support, you are responsible for daily technical operations in the region. You are an operational expert ensuring gyms are Accessible, Functional, and Fresh (AFF). Through quick problem-solving, efficient case management, and close contact with suppliers, you create a secure and well-functioning environment for both members and colleagues. You support the OM (Operations Manager) by taking ownership of ongoing operational delivery.
You will function as a superuser in the Gym Performance system and be responsible for training others. You will manage daily service cases, on-call issues, and member feedback with high quality and efficiency. You have ongoing responsibility for supplier contacts, such as cleaning and property maintenance, and ensure facilities follow AFF standards through regular inspections.
You are also a critical support during renovations, new openings, and improvement projects, and responsible for systematically following up fire protection work and other statutory routines. In collaboration with the Operations Manager (OM), you will handle purchases related to daily operations and create smooth transitions between operations and projects.
The position is based at our office in Gothenburg. The office serves as your base, but the role also involves visits to our facilities in the region.
About You
We are seeking someone who wants to work in an operational role and has a technical mindset. You are structured in your approach and have a genuine focus on service. With a cost-conscious and solution-oriented approach, you tackle challenges with both efficiency and creativity. You enjoy working independently while being a team player who contributes to good collaboration.
Important Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in service, property, operations, or technical support.
• Documented experience in case management and supplier contacts.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Driver's license (B-class).
A relevant post-secondary education is considered advantageous.
