As our Operations Assistant, you will be a key player in our operations team. You will work closely with our operations specialists to ensure that our internal processes and websites are up to date and that we comply with both Swedish labor law and our guidelines within the staffing and recruitment industry. ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented student who wants to become part of our operations team. The team collaborates closely with and supports all Academic Work units across Sweden. They provide expertise to ensure that we adhere to our internal process descriptions as well as Swedish labor legislation.
In this role, you will be responsible for important administrative tasks that support our operations specialists. You will gain practical knowledge in both our internal processes and the field of labor law while working in a professional, developmental, and supportive environment. This is a role where your ability to organize, prioritize, and manage details is highly valued. You will gain insight into Academic Work from a strategic perspective and develop your skills in organizational and process development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Operations Assistant, your main tasks will include:
- Continuously updating delegated materials on our internal platforms.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as:
- Administering collective agreements.
- Managing LinkedIn administration.
- Administering occupational health services.
- Other administrative duties.
- Taking responsibility for delegated tasks within the team's to-do list and ensuring they are handled efficiently.
- Assisting in various projects within the fields of labor law, staffing, and recruitment.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying in a relevant field (e.g., HR, economics, or law) and will graduate no earlier than 1.5 years from now.
- Has the ability to work approximately 16 hours per week.
- Has previous work experience from a service-oriented role.
- Has excellent skills in both Swedish and English, particularly in writing, as the company language is English.
It is an advantage if you have:
