We are looking for a Junior Operational Procurement Specialist for an international company within a dynamic and global environment. About the Role
In this position, you will support the operational procurement team in the daily management of Purchase Orders in the company's procurement system. You will also contribute as needed to various projects and activities related to stakeholder management. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop your understanding of procurement processes and work in a fast-paced organization with high engagement.
Responsibilities
• Process and manage Purchase Orders in the procurement tool
• Support the team in ongoing operational procurement processes
• Participate in projects and improvement initiatives
• Contribute to effective collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Ensure structure, quality, and accurate documentation
Qualifications
• Junior or strong entry-level background
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or business administration is a plus
• Advantageous to have experience from larger international companies
• Very good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
