Your main responsibilities will include daily operations, monitoring, and alert management of infrastructure platforms, as well as driving development within your area. As an Operation Engineer, you will have a varied role with broad responsibilities in a delivery that encompasses everything from services related to authentication and permissions, 3rd line support, and domain name systems (DNS). As an Operation Engineer, you will be part of a team, but we also expect you to have the ability to work independently with external suppliers as well as colleagues across Sweden and Europe. For you as an individual, there are great opportunities for personal development and influence in daily delivery. **Your Daily Tasks:** - Responsible for the operation of authentication and permissions within Active Directory - Public Key Infrastructure - Streamlining and automating workflows and systems - Monitoring and alert management of infrastructure platforms - Patching and system updates - 3rd line troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues - Working on projects for new technical solutions - Lifecycle management and planning of IT infrastructure **Requirements** We prefer candidates who are forward-thinking and solution-oriented.
