About this role
We are now looking for a driven and experienced Operations Coordinator based at our office in Solna. This is a key role where you will have the opportunity to lead and develop operations in the eastern region.
**About the Role**
As the Operations Coordinator for the East, you will have overall responsibility for our cleaning services in eastern Sweden. Locations such as Stockholm, Linköping, Uppsala, Västerås, and Jönköping are examples of areas you will oversee.
In this role, you will lead both our own staff and our subcontractors, with the aim of building an efficient and high-quality delivery in line with our strategy and values. You will be part of the management team for cleaning services alongside the equivalent role in western Sweden (based in Gothenburg) and the Nordic Service Manager to whom you will report. Within your area of responsibility, you will manage approximately 80 Joyweek employees, three of whom will report directly to you. You will also work closely with the sales team and our contract managers.
The role includes responsibility for personnel management, quality assurance, coordination, documentation, and development; both internally and in collaboration with our partners. You will also be a key player in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and create conditions for growth in the region.
**Your Responsibilities Include:**
- Personnel responsibility for cleaning staff in the East, including scheduling, onboarding, and development
- Operational responsibility for our subcontractors in the cleaning sector in the East region
- Developing quality assurance, follow-up, and improvement work in our cleaning services for employees, suppliers, and customers
- Overall responsibility for scheduling, case management, and digital quality control in Tengella
- Collaborating with the sales team and participating in joint visits as a product specialist in cleaning services
- Ensuring accurate invoicing, payroll management, and documentation in-house
- Planning and conducting internal training sessions, onboarding, and information flows
- Participating in the further development of our work processes, structures, and culture within cleaning services
- Travel within eastern Sweden is included in the role
**We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:**
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as Operations Manager or another operational leadership role within cleaning services
- Solid experience in leading teams and managing both in-house staff and subcontractors in the cleaning industry
- Understanding of and experience working within collective agreements
- Experience working in a larger organization and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal functions
- Experience in budget and operational management
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
- A valid driver's license (B category) is required, as travel is part of the role
**Your Profile**
We believe you are a self-driven, solution-oriented, experienced, and communicative leader with good structure and a strong sense of responsibility. You are accustomed to driving operations on a day-to-day basis but also have the ability to take a step back and contribute to long-term development. You are unpretentious, confident in your managerial role, and enjoy working closely with both staff and customers. Above all, you have the desire to build something sustainable and high-quality over time.
**What We Offer**
This is a unique opportunity to help shape and drive the cleaning operations in eastern Sweden at a company with high ambitions and a strong culture.
