Your Role
Saab in Malmslätt has opened a new automated factory in 2025! With this, we are now looking for new employees who want to be part of this exciting journey. As an operator in our new factory, you will work with control systems such as Siemens, Fanuc, and ABB. You will also run various programs where monitoring is a part of the job. If any discrepancies are detected, you will step in to make adjustments and corrections related to measurement values. In this position, you will be responsible for multiple machines simultaneously.
Additional tasks that may be included in the role are troubleshooting, basic maintenance of the machines, and manual operation of robotic systems when needed.
The position is located in Malmslätt in Linköping, and the working hours are organized in three shifts.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is driven and eager to learn! You are flexible, solution-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. We also prefer candidates with experience in some form of practical work, either from previous employment or personal projects. Mechanical experience from the industry is a significant plus!
Familiarity with computers and experience working with operational systems is important, as the job involves process monitoring and documentation. We would like you to be proficient in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written forms.
Meritorious for the position:
* Experience with Siemens, Fanuc, and/or ABB control systems.
* Experience with CNC work.
* Work experience or other background in mechanical work and basic machine maintenance.
* Experience working in IFS.
* Crane license.
