About this role
**Job Responsibilities**
As an operator within Sweden Operations and Sweden Biologics, you play a crucial role in the business by ensuring quality assurance and contributing to customer confidence in the product. You will monitor production, handle machines/equipment, perform basic maintenance tasks, and document your ongoing work processes. You will conduct follow-ups and problem analyses using Lean tools. Operators manage the operation of associated equipment within a section. This involves preparing for new processes, monitoring during the process, and performing concluding actions (cleaning, etc.) after the process is completed.
All work is standardized, and it is part of all roles to engage in continuous improvement. All work is carried out according to written instructions (SOP) and adheres to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
The company operates around the clock, and you will be working shifts.
**Your Profile**
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- High school diploma or relevant work experience (experience in industry and production).
- Studies at Mälardalen Technical High School (MTG) are advantageous.
- Experience working in an aseptic environment is a plus.
- At least two years of work experience is desirable, preferably in industry and production, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken, written, and reading comprehension of the Swedish language is required (a test will be conducted).
- Must be able to work all types of shifts.
- Experience in documentation, such as deviation reporting, familiarity with protocols, recipes, logbooks, or similar (a documentation test will be conducted during the interview).
- Documented good system proficiency, such as SAP or equivalent, is advantageous.
- Experience with GMP and LEAN is a plus.
- A forklift license is required.
