We are now seeking operators for need-based employment. Your workplace will be the Biogas Plant, where food waste and other organic raw materials are converted into biogas.
About the Position
This is a part-time position where you will be part of an operator staffing pool. Start date is by agreement, but desired start is during December/January. Afterward, there will be needs throughout 2026, with a high chance of full-time work during the summer.
Work hours vary: day shifts are 06:00-18:15, night shifts are 18:00-06:15, and Saturdays are 06:00-13:00.
You will work on-site at Tekniska verken's Biogas Plant in Linköping but will be employed as a consultant via OnePartnerGroup.
Work Responsibilities
The work involves operational and maintenance tasks at the pre-treatment facility. This means monitoring production flows and ensuring processes run smoothly using production data and monitoring systems. You will also perform service and repair of machines as needed. Driving counterbalance and wheel loaders will be required when loading materials into production.
The facility operates 24/7, which means you are expected to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. At this facility, you work in pairs per shift, but with different people each time, which requires high levels of responsibility and team spirit.
Who We Are Looking For
We prefer candidates with previous experience in operational work at production facilities and knowledge of process industry. You should have an interest and familiarity with mechanical work and ability to perform simple repairs. A Class B driver's license is required. Experience and certification for wheel loaders is a merit, as is a valid A+B forklift license. We place great importance on personal qualities, as the work demands high work ethic and team spirit. Precision, high social competence, and communication skills are highly valued.
According to our collective agreement, you need to be studying or have another primary occupation of at least 50% to be eligible for need-based employment.
