Job Description
Securitas Contact Center is our emergency phone service that assists our customers regardless of the day of the year or time of day. As operators in the Contact Center, you will become an important part of our safety and security work, where you will receive incoming calls and ensure that the appropriate action is taken for each situation. You will work according to pre-established guidelines developed in agreement with the customer and ensure that our customers and their clients are taken care of properly.
Examples of telephone services managed by the Contact Center include:
• Property emergency services
• Parking emergency services
• Safety emergency services
• Crisis emergency services
The Contact Center is also responsible for our Control Center, where you will oversee the safety of our guards through monitoring when they are on-site with our customers, both during routine assignments and alarm responses. You will receive calls from our guards and assist them throughout their shifts from start to finish. You will ensure that the appropriate action is taken without delay and, above all, you will serve as support for our guards when they are handling tasks at customer sites that can sometimes be risky.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Receiving and assessing incoming calls
• Prioritizing and initiating the correct action quickly and accurately
• Acting as support during urgent and stressful situations
• Maintaining close communication with guards in the field
• Ensuring high service and safety for both customers and guards
We are looking for 2 colleagues for different shifts. In the selection questions, please indicate which option(s) suit you. Both positions are full-time on a 5:2 schedule, which means working every other weekend.
Option 1 – Evening/Night. Working hours: 15:00–02:00
Option 2 – 16:00-22:00 Weekdays + 09:00-17:00 Weekends

Requirements
Requirements:
• Experience in telephone-based customer or support work.
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from at least the first year of high school.
As you will be using a computer as your primary tool, we also prefer that you have good computer skills. Experience working in various types of systems while simultaneously handling customer calls will be advantageous in this role.
We believe that you are a service-oriented, calm, and organized person who can handle periods of high work pace. We appreciate candidates with a strong interest in technology and the ability to easily understand instructions.
Since you will have significant responsibilities in your role while working very closely with both customers and colleagues, we believe that you can work both independently and as part of a team. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes those around you feel secure.
