About the Position We are now seeking an operator for fine assembly at Aimpoint in Malmö. You will be a crucial part of the production, working on precise assembly of high-quality products. The work requires precision, patience, and attention to detail, and is suitable for someone who enjoys following clear instructions while contributing to continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with a long-term approach to the position. The position is full-time with 2-shift and permanent night work (day 06:00-14:20 and evening 14:20-22:40, Night: Sun-Thu 22:40-05:30), with a long-term assignment. You will work with products requiring precision and various assembly operations, making your work diverse and challenging. You will be trained on-site and receive continuous feedback and support, but it is important that you have a prior technical interest. Example Work Tasks: • Careful assembly of small, technical components • Follow work instructions and routines • Visual inspection and quality control • Contribute to an organized, safe, and efficient work environment • Collaborate and support the team in learning and development Position Requirements: • 18 years or older • Previous experience in production, assembly, or similar practical work • Technically interested and comfortable working with hands • Good Swedish and English communication skills • Available for shift work (day and evening) Merits: • Experience as a machine operator or process operator • Previous experience in fine assembly or working with small components • Industrial work as a machine operator or process operator • Driver's license and access to a car • Background in beauty professions, e.g., lash extension or nail technology Who Are You?
