We are looking for engaged and driven Operators who want to contribute to efficient production while also helping to develop our operations.
Your Responsibilities
As an operator with us, you will be an important cog in the production chain. Your tasks will include:
- Monitoring machines during ongoing production to ensure optimal operation.
- Feeding materials into machines to keep production flowing.
- Performing post-processing and quality checks of finished products.
- Contributing to a smooth workflow and preventing production stoppages.
The work is conducted in a 3-shift system.
Your Background/Your Qualities
We believe you are someone who enjoys solving problems, has patience, and takes initiative. You are technically inclined, want to understand how things work, and enjoy practical work. You have:
- Technical skills and good computer proficiency.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- An interest in developing both yourself and the production process.
