We are seeking engaged and driven Operators who want to contribute to efficient production and simultaneously help develop our operations.
Your Tasks
As an operator with us, you will become a crucial component in the production chain. You will primarily:
- Monitor machines during ongoing production to ensure optimal operation.
- Feed material to machines to maintain production flow.
- Perform post-processing and quality checks of finished products.
- Contribute to smooth flow and prevent production stops.
Work occurs in 3-shift rotation.
Your Background/Characteristics
We believe you are a person who likes solving problems, has patience, and takes initiative. You are technically interested, want to understand how things work, and enjoy practical work. You have:
- Technical competence and good computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Interest in developing both yourself and production.
