Machine Operator

We are on a journey of continuous growth – and are now seeking our next star in production. About the Position We are looking for a committed Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work in one of our key processes where you will shape, mill, glue, or assemble windows for caravans and motorhomes. The position involves two-shift work and offers a dynamic and practical work environment. Primary Responsibilities • Perform manufacturing tasks such as shaping, milling, gluing, or component assembly • Ensure accuracy and high quality in all work steps • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals • Keep the work area clean and organized Suitable Background • Experience in manufacturing or production is advantageous • Ability to work at a high pace and follow established routines • Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn new processes To Succeed in the Role • You are meticulous and proud of delivering high-quality work • You enjoy working in teams and contribute to a positive work environment • You are responsible, curious, and want to develop your skills • You can adapt to a two-shift schedule Are you our next star?
