Onsite Technician - Hourly Position via Barona Location: Linköping Start: Training after December 1st with start date by agreement Are you technically interested and want to combine work with studies or other flexible employment? As an Onsite Technician via Barona, you'll have the opportunity to work on-site with a customer and contribute to a smooth and efficient IT environment - perfect for those who want a flexible job alongside studies or other work while developing within the IT industry. In the role, you will provide on-site user support and manage cases from registration to resolution via the customer's case management system. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, phones, networks, and other peripheral equipment, as well as be responsible for installation, configuration, and setup of new hardware and software. The work also includes basic network troubleshooting, such as switch ports, IP addresses, and wireless networks, as well as maintenance and support of conference rooms, including AV equipment and video conference solutions. You will also collaborate with other IT functions at the customer to solve more complex problems and contribute to improving routines and documentation. We are looking for someone with experience in IT support or other technical experience and who has a good understanding of computers, networks, and peripheral equipment. You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and can communicate technical solutions clearly. The role suits you who want to work flexibly, enjoy variation in tasks, and can work both independently and in a team. Fluent Swedish is required, and a driver's license is meritorious. This is an hourly position via Barona with a wage of approximately 140-145 SEK/hour. Working hours are flexible within standard office hours 08:00-17:00.
