Onsite Technician for Large Company in Sundbyberg - Immediate Start

About the Position
• Scope: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Employment: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
• Location: Sundbyberg
You will be employed by Barona and work as a consultant for our client.
About the Role
As an Onsite Technician, you will work on-site at one of our larger clients in Sundbyberg. Your workdays will be varied, offering everything from installations and troubleshooting to providing user support in daily operations. You will work with computers, mobile phones, printers, and conference equipment - and most importantly, meet people, guiding and instructing them with patience and clarity. The client has well-established routines and processes that ensure structure, documentation, and security. Your ability to work methodically and follow processes will be a key success factor. To help you feel secure in your new role, we offer a thorough onboarding process, where you will learn the client’s systems and working methods as well as integrate into your Barona team.
Your Responsibilities
• Installation, troubleshooting, and support of hardware and software
• Management of mobile phones and accessories
• Ensuring that conference rooms and AV equipment are functioning
• Support for digital signage and printers
• "Smart hands" tasks and inventory management (incoming/outgoing goods)
• User support and instructions as needed

• Has relevant education or equivalent experience
• Has a strong interest in IT and technology
• Is outgoing, social, and enjoys interacting with people
• Is meticulous, self-driven, and responsible
• Has good administrative skills
