About this role

We are looking for an onsite IT resource for a critical operation in Helsingborg that utilizes outsourcing for parts of its IT delivery. The role involves being the point of contact for users on-site and providing daily IT support. You will work closely with experienced consultants from the supplier side who are available for assistance, guidance, and further handling of cases. Onboarding will take place together with both the supplier's staff and the management leader of the operation, ensuring a secure introduction to the environment. The position is part-time at 50%, but requires you to be on-site every weekday. The assignment lasts for 6 months. As a consultant at Eccera, you will receive a secure employment and gain valuable work experience through assignments with our clients. Your role and responsibilities: You will be the person users turn to when something needs to be resolved. You will receive cases in LIME, manage what you can, and forward others to senior colleagues. The role involves both practical work with hardware and administration in the systems, as well as contributing structure and good service in daily collaboration. You will: • Manage hardware and orders. • Create and administer user accounts (AD, O365). • Configure computers, mobile phones, and tablets (Intune/Jamf). • Work in the case management system LIME. • Be the onsite IT support for users, including walk-ins. Requirements for the role: • Experience in a Microsoft environment, including AD and O365. • Good knowledge of Apple devices and Jamf. • Ability to work in a structured manner and keep documentation up to date.
