As we enter new markets and experience growth in the MENA region, we are looking for someone to join our team in Malmö who speaks Arabic and Swedish to provide first-class service to our customers. Join us as an Onboarding Specialist and be part of delivering real value to our customers!
**About the role**
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the customer journey, ensuring successful onboarding and delivering initial value to our new customers. You will lead and execute the customer onboarding process from the initial startup meeting through to finalization, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal account setup for maximum ROI. This role involves building strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and advocating for best practices to achieve customer success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle and lead the entire onboarding process for new customers, from initial startup meetings through to finalization, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
- Advocate for and implement the most optimal account setups for each customer, directly impacting their return on investment and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition for customers, aligning expectations and goals for long-term success.
- Conduct educational and reconciliation meetings, ensuring customers fully understand and utilize our platform's capabilities.
**To thrive in this role, we see that you have**
- A fluent level in Swedish, English, and Arabic - both written and verbal.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in managing customer expectations, customer success, marketing, or sales (experience within the SaaS industry is a plus).
- A demonstrated competence or strong, proactive interest in artificial intelligence (AI) and its application in marketing, SaaS, or customer success.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable way.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.
