**Job Tasks - What will you do?**
As a nursing aide or care assistant in home care, you will have an independent and varied role where you make a difference every day. You will work in clients' homes, providing support based on their needs and care plans. Your responsibilities may include:
• **Personal Care** - Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as supervision when needed.
• **Practical Support** - Help with meals, shopping, and other daily tasks.
• **Social Support** - Conversations, companionship, and a reassuring presence.
• **Documentation** - Accurate documentation of services provided according to care decisions and procedures.
• **Emergency Response** - Quickly addressing urgent needs for clients who have triggered an alarm. We work on behalf of Österåker Municipality and are responsible for both standard home care tasks and emergency alarm responses between 07:00 and 22:30. This means a varied role with both scheduled and urgent tasks.
**Who are you?**
We are looking for someone who has a caring heart and enjoys working closely with others. To fit in with us, we prefer that you possess the following qualities and qualifications:
• **Education** - It is an asset if you are a certified nursing aide with experience in home care.
• **Swedish Language Skills** - You have proficiency in Swedish that allows you to communicate clearly and document professionally.
• **Driver's License** - You are a confident driver and accustomed to driving for work. (Requirement)
• **Stress Resilience** - You handle pressured situations with calmness, structure, and responsibility.
• **Independence** - You have a preference for working independently and can take your own initiatives, while also collaborating well with colleagues.
• **Empathy** - You have a genuine desire to help others and understand the importance of addressing each client's individual needs.
• **Communication Skills** - You express yourself easily, collaborate well, and build good relationships.
• **Flexibility** - You are solution-oriented and adapt to clients’ needs and the demands of the organization.
• **Attention to Detail** - You are responsible and perform your work with high quality and care for details.
**Working Hours and Employment Level**
• **Working Hours:** Evenings 15:30–22:30.
• **Working Days:** Monday to Sunday as agreed.
• **Employment Level:** Varies, depending on your preferences and the needs of the organization.
• **Starting Point:** You will be based at our office in Åkersberga. We prefer that you live nearby to ease travel to and from work.

We aim for as high continuity of staff as possible in our planning. In the office, we have administrative staff who coordinate employees and clients across several geographic areas. Our employees consist of nursing aides and care assistants. We have modern, environmentally friendly electric hybrid cars, work uniforms, wellness benefits, and we utilize modern digital systems for work schedules and client services. We have a collective agreement with Fremia. All employees are insured during their employment and offered occupational pension.
