Area Manager for Systemair Sweden

Systemair Sweden is a leading player in the ventilation industry, with a strong operation in Skinnskatteberg. Our factory in Skinnskatteberg is one of the group's prioritized production facilities. In recent years, we have invested in modern technology and new production methods, and we continue to focus on development to maintain and strengthen our market position.
We continuously work on improving our factories. As Area Manager, you will lead the daily operational production in one of our production areas and work strategically with production, quality, workplace environment, and employee development in close collaboration with other management and staff. Leadership is a clear success factor for us, and our Leadership Philosophy forms the basis for all leadership development in the company.
Your Responsibilities
As Area Manager, you will be part of the local management team and are expected to take an active role both operationally and strategically. Here is an overview of your main responsibilities and tasks:
• Operations: Ensure that the department has the right capacity and skills daily to meet demand.
• Goals: Actively work to ensure that the production section meets its targets and make sure that goals are known to all employees.
• Improvement Work: Responsible for deviation management and daily control.
• Environmental and Quality: Ensure compliance with environmental and quality requirements.
• Leadership Responsibility: Act as an employer representative and be a good role model.
• Personnel and Workplace Environment: Lead the work for the department with approximately 25-30 employees, contribute to, and ensure a good working environment.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in leadership and modern industrial operations who shares Systemair's view that leadership is a key success factor. This will give you the opportunity to continue developing your skills as a leader and to continue leading and developing a successful operation.
We are seeking candidates who have:
• Completed secondary education, preferably supplemented with higher education in a technical field.
• Experience working with Lean and successful change management (meritorious).
• Experience in operational and strategic leadership, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Documented training in leadership, workplace environment, and/or project management.
