JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Support and Care department is seeking an Area Manager responsible for municipal primary healthcare and a team and day activity center for individuals with cognitive impairments.
The work requires close collaboration with other areas and managers within the organization to achieve high-quality overall performance. As Area Manager, you will have comprehensive responsibility for steering, leading, and monitoring the development, goal achievement, and financial performance of your area. Through your communicative leadership, you will create conditions for employees to influence, take responsibility, and experience job satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have relevant academic education, and we prefer candidates with a district nurse background. You have strong computer skills and the ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing. You are well-versed in the laws governing the operation, and we prefer candidates with experience in municipal primary healthcare.
The department is engaged in continuous development work, which we expect you to participate in with commitment and creativity. You will report directly to the Support and Care Department Head and will be part of the management team. We believe the ideal candidate has a high degree of personal maturity and self-awareness while being clear and communicative in their leadership. You have a genuine interest in people, excellent collaboration skills, and can inspire and engage your employees.
Furthermore, you demonstrate significant commitment and sense of responsibility, are flexible, and can handle rapid changes. You have the ability to plan and develop within given goals and financial frameworks. We place great importance on personal suitability.
A valid Class B driver's license is required.
