We are seeking Area Managers for Hudiksvall and Delsbo
Your Responsibilities
As our area managers, you will ensure delivery of our brand promise, Glada Hudikhem – Where Memories Are Created. This means ensuring equal service to tenants, beautiful living spaces, well-maintained homes, attractive outdoor environments, and a comfortable and secure living experience. We achieve this through our values – HOME.
Your tasks include leading and distributing work in your responsible area (Håsta or Delsbo). This encompasses property management, budget responsibility, tenant contact, cleaning services, maintenance, and improvement work, etc. The role includes personnel management for employees in your area.
As Delsbo has fewer properties and employees, this assignment will also include process responsibility for our inspection process. This means supporting our 6 inspection technicians, following up and developing the company's capabilities in one of its core processes.
Your role is central to the company, and in collaboration with our support functions such as finance, HR, customer service, and specialists, we work together to provide you and your staff with the best possible opportunities to perform the job effectively.

Your Profile
We seek candidates with experience in property management, relevant education, or equivalent knowledge through work experience. You should have previous leadership and business development experience. Experience with property management systems like Vitec is advantageous.
You have the ability to capture others' competencies and perspectives, analyze them, propose solutions, and then drive these forward together with your employees towards established goals.
