The Job as Area Manager
Being an area manager at Samhall means being at the absolute center of our operations. You lead a group of employees working on various customer assignments, and your primary goal is to provide your employees with opportunities to discover and develop their skills in order to eventually leave Samhall for another employer.
In your daily work, you also have extensive contact with your customers and ensure everything runs smoothly. Through good relationships, you also develop the business and find opportunities for more job opportunities for Samhall's employees.
Creating conditions for our employees' development and ensuring customer satisfaction is the very core of our company's mission. Therefore, all efforts are directed towards creating a platform for you as an area manager.
What Do We Offer You?
Here you will develop as a leader regardless of previous experience and build specific knowledge in several areas, including leading people with disabilities.
You become part of a large company with 24,000 employees and are surrounded by over 800 colleagues nationwide who have the same role as you. Here you have a national network while locally being part of a district where you have your closest colleagues and report to the operations manager. You also collaborate with various support functions locally and centrally. Samhall is in an important and exciting development where you as an area manager play a crucial role and where your perspectives are valued.
What Do You Bring to the Role?
As an area manager, you are operational, present, and can make decisions with high integrity. Having experience in and enjoying an environment characterized by high pace and human-centered approach is a requirement. We also know that you are comfortable in a leadership role and have good knowledge of tasks included in a management assignment.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have:
• Leadership experience with personnel responsibility
• Administrative experience and result-oriented focus
• Experience in customer relations with good results
• Experience working operationally with personnel and personnel development
• Industry experience in cleaning is meritorious
• At least high school education
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• B driver's license
