JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for someone who wants to work as a area manager in elderly care. As an area manager, you will drive development work and be responsible for staff, operations, finances, and work environment. You will be part of a management group consisting of a total of 15 area managers. The work is based on a holistic view with the care recipient at the center, focusing on individual self-determination and integrity. Currently, on-call duty is included every fifteenth week. During the introductory period, you will have the opportunity to undergo various training in our systems, routines, and guidelines in Tingsryd. You will receive professional development in leadership and access to collegial supervision. As an area manager, you will have access to support functions such as HR consultants and economists. In Tingsryd Municipality, it is not far from idea to decision, and you will have good opportunities to create valuable networks. Your immediate supervisor will be the head of elderly care. QUALIFICATIONS You have a degree in social work or another qualification deemed equivalent. Experience as a manager in elderly care is an advantage. As a manager and leader, you are confident in yourself and can plan, organize, and prioritize independently and effectively. You should enjoy working with people, and we expect you to collaborate well with various stakeholders related to your operations. You thrive in the role of leader and manager and are loyal to political decisions made. For you, accessible and present leadership based on a trust-based approach is a given.
