You have overall responsibility for the staff in your team, for employee engagement, well-being, and performance. Everyone should thrive in our workplace! • Drive profitability within your area, in your role through optimized scheduling and effective staffing planning. • Actively contribute to the development of the office and the business. • Plan and follow up on work with quality monitoring and quality controls. • Recruitment and administration related to hiring and terminations. • Payroll and time reporting. • Handle daily personnel matters as well as development and salary discussions. About the Position Primarily, your working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays occur mainly in connection with internal training. Your team currently consists of several Team Leaders and Service Assistants for whom you have direct personnel responsibility. You will also have the support of several office staff, including salespeople, customer support, and your immediate manager. Together, you work to become even – Better Together.
