We are looking for a Regional Manager with Personnel Responsibility
Your Role: As a Regional Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the personnel in your area, which includes accountability for employee engagement, quality, and operations to ensure good results in line with the business plan's objectives. By actively working with eNPS, recruitment, and onboarding, and in collaboration with the account manager, you will ensure effective staffing. You contribute to the overall success by promoting good collaboration within the office and the company, and actively participating in the development of the office and operations.
Responsibilities: Drive profitability within your area of responsibility. Actively contribute to the development of the office and operations. Lead and develop employees in your team. Drive and manage effective staffing planning and schedule optimization. Conduct follow-ups and quality controls. Handle and administer employment and terminations in our business system. Manage payroll and time reporting. Address daily personnel matters.
About You: HomeMaid is looking for someone with previous experience in leadership, administrative work, and a strong service orientation. Important for the position: Documented experience in leading and distributing work within a team. Strong leadership skills. Good collaboration and communication abilities. Proficient in computer and system usage, preferably with experience in LIME. Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both spoken and written. Driver's license.
Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00, with other hours possible. The team currently consists of several service assistants, team leaders, and internal staff.
Location: Gothenburg
Employment: 100%, 6 months probationary period.
