We are looking for a Regional Manager with Customer Responsibility for Gothenburg.
Right now, we are seeking a new colleague as a Regional Manager for our office in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be the link between our Service Assistants and the customers in the area. With responsibility for customer engagement and quality, you play an important role in customer satisfaction and continued trust. You are driven by making deals and working customer-oriented. **Responsibilities:**
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Plan and follow up on quality controls
- Drive and lead effective staffing planning and schedule optimization, including managing substitutes, in collaboration with colleagues at the office
- Manage and administer customer contracts, changes, and terminations in our business system
- Drive profitability within your area of responsibility
- Actively contribute to the development of the office and operations
- Handle customer support cases
- Create new business through proactive sales to both existing and former customers
- Participate in upselling efforts, market outreach, drive sales activities, and attend events and networking meetings
- Handle other tasks related to customers or operations

**To succeed in this role, we believe you have:**
- Previous experience in sales, customer contact, and administration
- A natural ability to build good relationships, with joy and engagement
- Good computer and system skills, preferably with experience from LIME
- Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills
- A valid B driver's license
**About the position:**
Primarily, your working hours will be during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays may occur, especially in connection with internal training. The team currently consists of several internal staff, Sales Representatives, Team Leaders, and Service Assistants. Together, you work hard and willingly—to become Better Together.
