Do you want a central role in a modern and pleasant office where order, structure, and well-being are in focus? We are now seeking a self-driven and engaged Office Manager for a well-established company in construction and industry with an office in Solna. Here you'll have the opportunity to take a comprehensive approach to the office's daily operations, from small practical tasks to driving improvement projects. You'll become the natural contact point for colleagues, suppliers, and landlord, and a key person ensuring everything runs smoothly. About the Role As Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the office functions optimally every day. This includes: • Maintaining a clean and pleasant environment in the office, kitchen, and conference rooms • Responsible for minor office changes, such as changing light bulbs or rearranging furniture • Managing the coffee machine, restocking supplies, and ensuring everything works • Ordering and receiving coffee, milk, fruit, and office supplies with foresight and structure • Maintaining ongoing contact with suppliers, such as cleaning, reception, flower delivery, and property services • Handling mail, access cards, parking spaces, and invoices, including reviewing and comparing costs against supplier agreements • Serving as the contact person for alarm companies, landlord, and reception • Following up on reported issues and ensuring actions are taken • Planning and implementing office-wide activities like breakfasts, coffee breaks, and seasonal decorations • Project managing small office projects such as preparing new rooms or installations • Ensuring office equipment, fire protection, and first aid are updated and inspected Who Are You? We are seeking someone who is structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role where you have an overview and can see what needs to be done while taking initiative and making things happen. You take responsibility, work proactively, and contribute to creating order and good routines in daily life. You have experience in service or small projects, are meticulous, communicative, and service-minded, and enjoy combining practical tasks with planning and structure. About the Assignment This is a consulting assignment through Adecco for 12 hours per week, with work on-site in Solna. Working hours can be distributed over three to four days. The assignment is expected to last 6 months with a good possibility of extension.
