ABOUT THE POSITION
The company is an investment firm that invests across the Nordic region. There are currently 16 people working in the office in Stockholm. The company has a professional and goal-driven culture while being a unpretentious workplace with an open atmosphere. To continue evolving and ensure a smooth workflow, they are now seeking an Office Manager for a one-year temporary position who wants to contribute to the ongoing development of the company.
As Office Manager, you will play an important role in the organization and be responsible for maintaining order and structure in administration. You will work closely with colleagues at various levels and gain insight into the daily operations of the entire office – from payroll management, reports and supplier agreements to support with HR matters, invoice processing, and planning internal and external events. The role is varied and allows you to develop both your organizational skills and administrative expertise while contributing to creating a structured and efficient working environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities
* Manage payroll, insurance/pension, and supplier agreements, assist with the preparation of annual reports and quarterly reports
* Support the planning of internal and external events, conferences, and meetings
* Handle incoming invoices and related administration
* Archive documents
* Support colleagues with HR matters
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has completed upper secondary education
- Has previous work experience in service, preferably in an administrative role
- Is used to managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
It is advantageous if you have:
- Previous experience in a similar Office Manager role
