This is a 6-month consultant assignment with the possibility of extension or permanent recruitment. You will initially be employed through Bravura, and Duni intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. Job Responsibilities
As Office Manager at Duni, you will have a central and varied role where you are the hub for the office's daily operations and well-being. You will work closely with People & Culture, CEO, managers, and employees, and be a key person alongside the Office Coordinator/Receptionist in creating a well-functioning and inclusive work environment. An important part is supporting the board and group management. The role involves many contact points and the opportunity to influence both big and small matters – from planning social activities to ensuring the office operates optimally. You are responsible for making the office welcoming while being an important resource for both management and employees. The job duties are broad and include solving ad hoc situations that may arise.
• Responsibility for daily office operations, purchases, and supplier contacts (e.g., cleaning, flowers, craftsmen, landlord, etc.)
• Liaison with the local travel agency, and planning and managing travel and conferences
• Provide administrative support to the board and management
• Organize breakfasts, coffee breaks, and social activities
• Work environment, fire safety, and compliance with laws and regulations
• Support onboarding and manage the intranet
• Oversee office equipment and meeting rooms
• Solve ad hoc situations and quickly handle unexpected needs
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Experience in a similar office management and administration role
• Good system skills and experience with vendor contacts
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
• Basic technical understanding of office environments
• Experience with budget responsibility and work environment legislation is meritorious
• Experience with personnel management/leadership is meritorious
