We are seeking, on behalf of our client, an Office Manager for their office in Solna, Stockholm. We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a similar role and wants to work broadly with coordinating tasks and has a natural sense of service.
About the Role
As Office Manager, you will be the face of the company and responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly. Your tasks will include:
• Receiving guests and customers, coordinating meetings, and answering phones
• Coordinating bookings, conferences, and other administrative tasks
• Ordering and receiving office supplies and ensuring safety procedures are followed
• Some employee onboarding and offboarding
• Assisting with events and breakfast as needed
• Ensuring a pleasant office environment
About You
To succeed in the Office Manager role, we believe you are a positive person full of energy who loves delivering world-class service. You are initiative-taking and proactive in your approach while ensuring tasks get completed. Finally, we hope you are detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize your work.
Qualifications
• Previous work experience in a similar position
• Good computer skills
• Fluent in Swedish spoken & written, with good English skills
Work Hours, Start Date, and Scope
This is an 80% part-time position based at the client's office in Solna, Stockholm. Working hours are office hours Monday to Thursday. This is initially a 12-month temporary position where you will be employed by Hero. We would like you to start as soon as possible!
