About this role
This is a broad and key personal role for those who are passionate about creating structure, well-being, and smooth processes in an environment where people, service, and organization go hand in hand. You are the one who makes everyday work – ensuring the office feels professional and welcoming, that colleagues have the right conditions to succeed, and that the team works towards common goals.
About the Role
As an Office Manager with team leadership responsibilities, you are responsible for the overall office operations and lead a small support team that assists the business in daily work.
You naturally switch between planning, coordinating, and developing – and ensure that everything surrounding people works seamlessly.
You will become the hub of the organization and an obvious contact point between management, employees, and external partners. The work is about creating clarity, building routines, and contributing to a positive, solution-oriented culture where structure and care meet.
In practice, this means you will:
• Ensure the office functions efficiently day-to-day – with responsibility for vendor relationships, purchases, administration, and logistics.
• Manage budget and follow-up related to office operations, social activities, and events.
• Plan and execute internal meetings, gatherings, and major company activities.
• Responsible for onboarding new employees and ensuring all practical elements are in place – from IT access to workspace and materials.
• Support the management team with administrative tasks, presentations, and coordination.
• Lead and develop the support team – coaching, prioritizing, and creating shared working methods that strengthen collaboration.
• Drive improvement work and process development together with management to ensure efficiency, clarity, and quality in daily operations.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with a genuine interest in order, structure, and efficiency – who thrives in a role where you can be both a doer and a leader.
You are communicative, attentive, and skilled at creating trust and building relationships at all levels. You enjoy working closely with the business, solving problems quickly, and helping others succeed. At the same time, you think long-term and have a natural sense of quality, flow, and overall perspective.
We believe you have:
• Several years of experience in a broad Office Manager, Operations, or Support role
• Previous responsibility for office operations, administration, and coordination
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating teams
• Strong organizational ability and confidence in prioritizing and planning
• Fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• (Advantageous) Experience from international or professional environments
