Office Manager & Customer Service Manager for a dynamic company in finance and asset management We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where responsibility is not just given – but taken. About the role In this role, you will have a broad and varied responsibility. You will ensure that our customer service is professional, efficient, and personal – from the first contact to ongoing dialogue. You will establish routines, create structure, and ensure that the customer experience is of the highest standard. In addition to customer service responsibilities, you will also be a central coordinator in the organization, focusing on administration, documentation, contracts, meeting planning, and internal coordination. In short – you will be the spider in the web who makes things happen. This is a role for you who have experience from a smaller or fast-growing organization – perhaps a startup – where you have worn multiple hats at the same time and have been the one who both thinks strategically and does the practical work. Your main responsibilities • Build and develop the company's customer service function • Manage customer dialogues and ensure a first-class experience • Drive and improve administrative processes • Coordinate internal projects, meetings, and documentation • Act as a coordinator between different departments and external parties • Contribute to a culture of initiative and forward drive We believe you are • Self-driven, solution-oriented, and structured • Used to working in a changing environment where priorities can shift • A person who sees what needs to be done – and does it • Communicative, unpretentious, and with a natural sense of service • Comfortable in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing Your background We prefer that you have experience from an administratively heavy role, preferably within a fast-growing company or startup. You may have previously been responsible for customer service, office administration, or project coordination – and enjoy being the one who holds everything together. Experience from finance, asset management, or similar industries is a plus, but not a requirement. What matters is that you are curious, have integrity, and a genuine drive to build something from the ground up. Why us?
