On behalf of our client, we are now seeking a colleague for a newly created office coordinator role who wants to contribute to creating a well-functioning and pleasant workplace, both in physical and digital environments. With responsibility for the office and a coordinating role within IT, you will become the heart of daily operations, providing structure, service, and support to colleagues, partners, and suppliers. About the Role: In this position, you will be the hub of the organization, responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly and that colleagues have the right conditions in their daily work. You'll have a broad and varied role, handling everything from office matters and supplier contacts to lighter IT tasks. You'll become part of an engaged and tight-knit team where collaboration, responsibility, and lack of prestige are central. Role responsibilities include: • Responsibility for daily office function, well-being, and structure • Supplier contact and ordering for facility management services & other office operations • Ordering and management of IT equipment, user accounts, and licenses in collaboration with external IT partners • Supporting colleagues with IT-related questions • Onboarding/Offboarding in connection with employment & termination • Assisting with meeting bookings, travel, events, conferences, and other administrative tasks We are seeking someone who: Has experience in a broad office role, preferably with elements of IT and administration. You are comfortable with Microsoft 365 and quick to understand new systems. As a person, you are fundamentally service-oriented, curious, and adept at creating structure and order. Experience in the life science or biotech industry is a meritorious qualification. Detailed qualifications: • Experience in similar office administrative role • Knowledge and comfort with lighter IT-related issues • Good skills in Windows & Office 365, and network administration • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented attitude • Good communication skills in Swedish and English About the Workplace: The company is entrepreneurs and experts in global vaccine development, manufacturing, registration, and commercialization of biopharmaceutical products. Since 2013, it has experienced stable growth and expansion, with this new role becoming an important cog in the continued journey. At the Solna office, you'll find the majority of your approximately 50 colleagues, with additional branches in Norway, Finland, and other locations in Sweden. Employment: This is a consultant assignment via Joyweek with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position with the client company after six months. You will initially be part of Joyweek and receive their support throughout your employment. We will follow you closely and ensure you are satisfied, developed, and supported.
