Nära Sverige AB operates a sustainable urban farm in Liljeholmen and is now seeking a cultivation worker who wants to work practically with farming while having the opportunity to develop their language skills and integrate into the Swedish job market. **Job Responsibilities**
In the role of cultivation worker, you will participate in the entire cultivation process, including:
- Sowing various crops
- Transplanting and caring for plants
- Harvesting and performing basic logistics tasks
- Daily routines in the farm together with the team
The work is practical, structured, and taught on-site. We work closely together and support colleagues who want to learn Swedish in their daily lives.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and enjoys practical work. You do not need prior experience in farming – the most important thing is the willingness to learn.
- You may be new to Sweden or at the beginning of your language learning.
- Good physical ability is an advantage.
- A B driver's license is a plus for simple transportation but is not a requirement.
