E-health/MIT E-health/MIT is part of the healthcare administration and is responsible for the management of healthcare IT systems. We create value for both healthcare and patients through efficient, sustainable, and secure digital services. We manage, for example, medical record systems, imaging systems, and digital resident services such as Always Open. We are looking for an asset manager who wants to contribute to ensuring that healthcare's digital systems function smoothly and securely for healthcare personnel. As an asset manager, you will play a key role in connecting the needs of healthcare with technological development. We believe you have a genuine interest in technology, enjoy troubleshooting, and testing solutions. You will be an important link between healthcare operations, IT, medical technicians, and system providers. Your responsibilities As an asset manager with us, you will have a broad and varied role where you will help manage and develop our digital healthcare systems. You will be part of a workgroup that works broadly with many different healthcare systems, such as the ambulance medical record system, surgical planning systems, systems for out-of-region billing, and the dental care medical record system. The role requires both technical interest and the ability to collaborate with many different professional groups. Your main responsibilities include: - Lifecycle management: participate in procurement and requirements work, management, and decommissioning of systems. - Ongoing management: central settings in the systems. - Support and user assistance: provide guidance and support to healthcare personnel. Design routines and guidelines for system usage. - Troubleshooting: manage operational disruptions and coordinate actions together with IT and suppliers. - Improvement work: compile and prioritize development requests. - Training: develop training materials, lead training sessions, and information meetings. - System updates and testing: plan, coordinate, and implement updates and changes in the system. - Collaboration with suppliers and other regions: maintain regular contact with external suppliers and regional and national partners. Who are you? We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in areas such as system science, IT, healthcare, or another relevant field. Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage, as the role requires an understanding of healthcare-related concepts and the ability to quickly grasp the user's perspective. Knowledge of referral flows and processes for out-of-region care is particularly valuable. It is also advantageous if you have worked with administration in healthcare systems or financial systems. Knowledge of database management (e.g., Access), user training, support, or other system management is a plus. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as manuals and support are provided in Swedish. You also need to be proficient in English, both spoken and written.
