About this role

What We Offer Several of our clients in Stockholm are currently seeking dedicated employees for troubleshooting in network environments. You will become an important part of a team that handles mission-critical support and incident management in complex IT and network environments. The work is primarily on-site, but remote work may be available at some locations. Depending on the client's guidelines, various scheduling may occur, but work on a rotating schedule during days, evenings, and nights may be required. This is a position that begins with a fixed-term employment or consultancy assignment, but with very good opportunities for permanent employment. You will be offered a developing role in modern work environments where collaboration, accountability, and technical problem-solving are at the forefront. What the Role Involves In this role, you will be working to: • Support customers, colleagues, and suppliers via a ticket management system • Manage and resolve incidents, outages, and alarms in network environments • Troubleshoot, escalate, and distribute cases to maintain an effective workload distribution • Document events and produce reports for major incidents • Contribute to the improvement of routines, processes, and documentation within the service desk The work is often done together with a colleague, but there are also shifts where you will work independently. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who combines technical competence with a strong customer focus and thrives in a role where you need to quickly switch between different tasks. You are self-driven, meticulous, and have an interest in developing within networking and IT operations. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: • Post-secondary education in networking or telecommunications, or equivalent work experience • At least two years of experience in customer support, helpdesk, or internal IT support • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • It is advantageous if you have Cisco competence, for example through CCNA certification or equivalent, but this is not a requirement. • Relevant certifications, such as ITIL or similar, are considered a plus.
