About the Position of Product Sales Manager As a Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for various product categories of advanced process equipment and drive sales within the segments in both Sweden and Norway. Together with suppliers, you will ensure that the customer receives the right solution based on their specific needs. Solutions may include equipment for mixing, pressure relief, or separation. In this role, you will project manage the entire sales cycle and work closely with inside sales to ensure quality and delivery. The position requires you to work closely with customers, which includes both digital and physical visits, where travel and overnight stays may occur. Some administration and documentation are part of the role, where you will primarily work with the tools Outlook, Salesforce, and Visma. At Thurne Teknik, you will be part of a wonderful and competent team consisting of 22 employees, 13 of whom are based in Sweden, located at the office in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm. Your main responsibilities will include: • Prospecting, developing, and nurturing new as well as existing customer relationships. • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business to completion. • Actively visiting new and existing customers to identify needs and recommend the right solution. • Ongoing documentation and administration to ensure quality in the customer experience and delivery. About You We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education, likely as a bachelor’s degree engineer or master’s degree engineer, or relevant work experience that can be deemed equivalent, preferably with a focus on mechanical or chemical engineering. You have a few years of work experience, preferably in B2B sales. To succeed in this role, you need to have good system skills, possess a valid driver's license, and be fluent in both Swedish and English. Additionally, you should have some flexibility in your daily routine as travel and overnight stays are part of the job. As a person, we seek someone who is highly driven and curious. You have a genuine technical interest, work goal-oriented, and have a strong desire to become an expert in your field with the customer in focus. You gain energy from customer meetings and are humble about learning new things.
