About this role

Key Person for Our Growing E-commerce and Store We are looking for someone who wants to drive the daily operations of our e-commerce – from inventory and purchasing to customer interactions and product listings. With us, you will become a key person in a small team with big ambitions. You will be working with: ● Inventory management, incoming and outgoing deliveries, stock maintenance, optimization, reorder points, and purchasing from both Swedish and foreign suppliers. ● Customer service at the counter in our store, through our e-commerce, via email, and by phone. ● Content creation and product listings in our online shop. ● B2B and corporate sales (UnderCclub) where our clients include small and large e-commerce retailers in Scandinavia, department stores, shops, hairdressers, and barbers. About You We believe you may be at the beginning of your career, perhaps with experience in team sports and performing in a team environment. You are positive, curious, and eager to learn new things. A strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility for the entire operation are central to this role. Driving yourself forward and contributing to our collective work go hand in hand. The Role Your role is to plan the daily operations in our inventory system and ensure the workflow runs smoothly – while you actively participate in the work. You will receive daily support and guidance from us to take on the responsibility. We won’t leave you in the lurch, but we believe in your ability and desire to flourish. You need to be comfortable speaking and writing in Swedish and English, and able to conduct yourself in meetings with both customers and suppliers.
