Here, you will find exciting opportunities to help make our city even better. **About the Organization** We are currently seeking licensed preschool teachers for temporary positions during the spring term of 2026 at four of our preschools in the city. **Sädesärlans Preschool - 100% Temporary Position** Sädesärlan Preschool is located in the Sandhem area, close to green spaces, playgrounds, and nature. The preschool consists of four mixed-age departments. We have spacious facilities and two play halls that promote collaboration among both children and staff. Our outdoor learning environment is large and provides ample space for collaboration or the opportunity to break into smaller groups. We have a kitchen with our own chef who prepares delicious and nutritious meals from scratch. Our focus area for the 2025/26 academic year is Children's Health and Well-being. We work collaboratively at multiple levels with our child health team to ensure our children experience a strong sense of well-being. Our work on physical, mental, and psychosocial health is interconnected and forms a consistent thread in our systematic quality work. Previous experience as a preschool teacher is an advantage. **Vällingklockans Preschool - 100% Temporary Position** Vällingklockan is a relatively newly built preschool located in the multicultural area of Kronogården, within walking and cycling distance to Innovatum, the library, playgrounds, and green areas. The building has plenty of natural light, and preschool teachers and childcare workers have had significant involvement and influence in its design. On the upper floor, there is a library, an art studio, and a theater where aesthetic learning processes can thrive. There are excellent opportunities to create learning environments both indoors and outdoors, characterized by creativity that sparks curiosity in both children and adults. Meals are prepared on-site and served in the Orangerie on the lower floor. Vällingklockan is a preschool with eight day departments that offers education for children aged 1–5 years, as well as an out-of-school care program providing educational supervision for children aged 1–13 years. In our area, there is a Child Health Team that serves as a support and resource for the organization. The team consists of special educators and counselors who work at the individual, group, and organizational levels, focusing on preventive and promoting efforts. The goal of the education administration's activities is to create equal opportunities for our children and provide high-quality education. **Äventyrets Preschool - 100% Temporary Position** Äventyret Preschool is located in the Karlstorp area in central Trollhättan, close to the forest and the city center. We are also within walking distance of various partners we collaborate with, such as Innovatum, the library, and N3. The unit currently consists of six active departments divided across a large building housing four departments and three smaller houses, each with one department. By spring 2026, our organization will consist of three departments for younger children and three for older children, based on the need to meet all children according to their maturity, interests, and development. Our facilities feature large, bright, generous spaces that create openness and flexibility. **Gulsparvens Preschool - 100% Temporary Position** Gulsparvens Preschool is a preschool built in 2019 with four departments that offer wonderful open spaces for play, learning, and exploration. The four departments are spread over two floors, with two for younger children on the lower floor and two for older children on the upper floor. All departments have an open, spacious layout with an adjoining art studio, where children are given the opportunity to explore their creativity through creation and imagination. Our large, hilly yard invites play, movement, and discovery year-round, and we are close to both forests and playgrounds, providing rich opportunities for nature experiences and exploration. We work to create a safe, meaningful, and developmental everyday life where children can explore, play, and learn together in our learning environments, both indoors and outdoors, in educational contexts and teaching. Our focus area at the preschool is children's well-being and health, and we are currently engaged in a development project to enhance all staff's competence in focusing on health-promoting factors, pedagogical relationships, and analytical skills. **Job Responsibilities** As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and conducting development work alongside your colleagues.
