ABOUT THE POSITION
Corem Property owns, develops, and manages properties for the future. The company is currently active throughout Sweden and also in New York. This position is based in Linköping, where the office consists of approximately 20 employees. In this role, you will be responsible for the switchboard for all of Sweden, primarily handling inquiries over the phone. The inquiries vary and can include everything from reporting issues from tenants to key management for subcontractors. You will also greet visitors on-site and be the face of the company. The role also includes managing the company's internal email inbox for Corem's switchboard. In other words, it is a varied role where you need to be social and enjoy juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. To be suitable for the role, we see that you are curious and enjoy learning new things. We also expect you to have an eye for detail and be thorough in your work.
Working hours are scheduled from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will be part of a pool arrangement with another student, where each of you works one afternoon a week and extra as needed. The start date will be during week 49 or week 50. You will receive an introduction where you will shadow the person currently in the role.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying at a post-secondary level and will graduate no earlier than 2027
- Has administrative computer skills as you will largely work in Telia Touchpoint and Outlook
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required to perform the tasks
- Is available one afternoon a week (Wednesday or Thursday)
- Can work full days on December 29, December 30, and January 5
It is an advantage if you have previous experience in reception work and/or as a telephone operator.
