For more information about the company, visit: www.decon.se Now Seeking a Product Expert/Sales Representative for Central Sweden We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, relationships, and wants to make a difference in people's daily lives. As a Product Expert/Sales Representative with us, you will work in a varied and developing role where you can combine business acumen with knowledge and collaboration. You will drive sales forward and build long-term relationships with our customers in your district, Central Sweden. You will work closely with medical aid centers in the district, the sales team, and our development department to ensure our solutions meet both market and user needs. An important part of your work will be educating consultants and technicians in the region to ensure correct product usage and understanding. You will also act as a product expert during adaptations and provide crucial support during product trials and complex customer cases. The role involves approximately 90 travel days. Your Responsibilities: • Participate in product trials • Plan and conduct training and product reviews with customers • Work strategically on sales planning • Report sales activities and results • Participate in procurement with your team • Represent the company at trade shows and sales events • Collect market information and provide input for product development • Participate in budget work and follow up sales goals We Are Looking for Someone Who Has: • Industry experience • High school education • Driver's license (B-class) • Good Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written We Believe You Are: • Socially competent and communicative • A team player who enjoys collaboration • Proactive and solution-oriented • Attentive to customer needs and market trends • A relationship builder who creates trust We Offer a Varied and Meaningful Work Where You Can Influence and Contribute to Our Product Development.
