We are now looking for a Property Manager with a focus on outdoor environments!

Meeting a well-maintained and clean property is important for everyone, including tenants, staff, and visitors. In your role, you will be responsible for caring for both hard and soft surfaces. Your tasks will be varied, ranging from lawn mowing and leaf collection to planting flowers and trimming bushes. Simple repairs of garden installations and furniture may also occur. In winter, snow removal and ice control will be the focus. During the summer, you will be the team leader for our seasonal staff. You will be part of a team consisting of property caretakers, property technicians, and operations managers who together are responsible for the operations of Nils Skoglund's property management company, including both owned and external maintenance projects. Based on our needs and your background, you may also support the rest of the organization with various types of property work, such as rounds and addressing service requests. Your Profile and Experience • You should be solution-oriented and practical to deliver high-quality service effectively. It is important that you have good social skills and are attentive to meet tenants in a professional manner. It is part of our values to continuously strive to improve and develop. Therefore, it is also important that you enjoy working in a changing environment that requires quick adaptation to new conditions. • You enjoy working outdoors, in all weather conditions. • You have a strong interest in gardening and like to create that little extra with the means and tools available to you. • Since on-call duty is part of the position, you need to have experience in handling and solving various basic property tasks. • We place great emphasis on personal suitability. • We would like you to have previous experience in leading youth, whether through work or in other ways, such as various types of community activities. Additional Information • Your base will be in Leksand, but work in other locations within our portfolio may occur. On-call duty is included in the position. • To be offered and take up the position, we will conduct a background check. • A valid B driver's license is required, and a service vehicle will be available for the position. • Experience in snow removal is an advantage. • Wheel loader training for construction or goods handling is an advantage. • Brush cutter certification is an advantage. • Chainsaw certification is an advantage. The position is a permanent employment with a start date to be agreed upon, and we apply a 6-month probationary period.
