At Jula, we always aim higher and are now taking further steps to develop as the international company we are. We are doing this by strengthening our organization in the areas of Assortment, Sales, and Purchasing. We are currently looking for a curious and development-oriented Category Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the business together with two of our category teams; monitoring and creating an attractive assortment offering for our customers. The main responsibility is to ensure the category's sales forecasts according to budget and outcomes to contribute to Jula's overall sales and profitability. This involves analyzing sales and monitoring inventory levels, as well as supporting Category Managers with decision-making materials.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for implementing category changes and updates within the category, as well as for an efficient introduction and phase-out of items. You will contribute and flag actions to minimize sales losses or excessive inventory on outgoing products. As a Category Planner, you will report to the Category Area Manager.
What’s in your CV?
You have experience in financial analysis and monitoring and/or have an education in finance. Experience from DIY and retail is advantageous. You have a very good command of English, both spoken and written, and possess strong skills in Office programs as well as experience working with business and monitoring systems.

Good to know
The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial 6-month probation period, based at Jula's headquarters in Skara. Jula has a collective agreement with Unionen.
