Fibio is relocating parts of its operations from Helsingborg to Malmö, and you will be a key player in establishing the new office and ensuring a smooth transition by aligning work methods, routines, and processes between the offices during the move. About the Role As the Operations Manager, you will translate the company's strategy into a functioning everyday operation and have full responsibility for operations, personnel, and results. You will ensure that daily operations deliver on time, quality, and cost. You will establish the headquarters in Malmö and lead the operations through your functional managers. You will: - Set operational goals and a plan that supports the strategy – and ensure its implementation. - Lead leaders (managers/functional heads), allocate responsibilities and resources, and follow up on results. - Monitor operations and ensure delivery, quality, time, and cost. - Build and improve processes for efficiency and scalability. - Coordinate cross-functionally between customer service, delivery, and finance, as well as manage partners. - Follow up on key performance indicators, act on deviations, and drive change initiatives. - Report status and decision proposals to management. Responsibilities - Establish, lead, and develop the customer service and delivery team. - Ensure that KPIs and processes are followed throughout the organization. - Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training in consultation with the CEO. - Be responsible for reporting, quality, and operational budget. - Initiate improvement work for systems, routines, and customer journeys. - Coordinate between management, customer service, delivery, and finance. - Plan capacity and staffing according to volume, season, and goals. - Standardize work methods that reduce errors and lead times. - Close actions – from decisions to actual effects. Qualifications - At least a bachelor's degree (e.g., in economics, industrial management, management, or equivalent). - Several years of experience in a similar operational role with responsibility for leading leaders and delivering measurable results. - 5–10 years in an operational line role within telecommunications, insurance, energy, or similar subscription-based businesses. - Strong planning skills. - Independent doer who prioritizes, decides, and closes actions without micromanagement. - Process- and data-driven work approach. - Fluent in Swedish and English.
