We are looking for someone who wants to be part of this and can contribute to safety, well-being, and high achievement for our students. You will be responsible for teaching grades 4-6 together with colleagues. You will plan and implement lessons independently and in collaboration with your immediate colleagues. You will participate in team meetings and the school's development work. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone who has a degree/teaching certification and is qualified to teach grades 4-6 in the subjects of Swedish, mathematics, and preferably also English. You exercise clear leadership and work systematically based on current governing documents, maintaining a professional approach. You view development work as something positive. You take responsibility for and create a good working climate with a calm, safe, and accessible learning environment. You recognize and meet students' varying needs based on their different circumstances and are skilled at adapting instruction and building good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. The ideal candidate has: - The ability to see and meet each student based on their individual circumstances. - A positive attitude and can contribute to the development of the organization. - A professional approach. - A flexible working style and can collaborate within teams and across the unit. - A warm and open personality with the ability to set boundaries. - The ability to create a good working climate with engagement, curiosity, and safety within the group.
