Novelia strives to create a care chain in the field of children and youth to meet the various needs for support and interventions at the right level and time in life. Currently, within Children and Youth, we operate treatment homes, supported housing, and foster homes.

About the Position
Novelia Ung Invest operates supported housing for children, adolescents, and adults with social issues. Our supported housing is located in Lidingö, Stockholm, which is a calm and safe municipality with good schools and community activities. Here, young people are given the best possible conditions to succeed in creating a healthy lifestyle.
We prioritize quality over quantity. We ensure that everyone placed with us receives the best support based on their issues and needs. We have specialized expertise in working with youth who have a criminal lifestyle and/or substance abuse. We have extensive experience working with this target group. For several years, we have successfully helped young people leave crime and addiction behind.
We actively work with key worker roles and focus on relationship building. The residence has 18 places and is staffed around the clock. We are currently looking for substitutes who can work with us as needed, including weekends and overnight shifts.

Qualifications
- Relevant post-secondary education in social work, e.g., social pedagogy, psychology, sociology, social work, education, behavioral science, or equivalent education is advantageous.
- Strong interest and experience with the target group of youth with various types of social issues, substance abuse, and neuropsychiatric disorders (NPF).
- Familiarity with legislation (SoL, LVU).
- Social competence.
- An innovative approach to work.
- Good computer skills.
- Experience with social documentation.
- Strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing.
- Good collaboration skills, self-motivated, structured, active, ambitious, and adheres to collective decisions.
- Valid driver's license (B).
- Previous experience in supported housing/HVB is advantageous.

Collective Agreement, Benefits & Compensation
All companies in the Novelia Group are members of Almega/Vårdföretagarna and have a collective agreement according to Industry E; for this role, the collective agreement between Almega/Vårdföretagarna and Vision applies.
Novelia offers a wellness allowance of 3000 SEK per full year worked.
Salary is differentiated and individual according to agreement.
