About the Position
Elinsborgsbacken housing with special services and Supported Housing (SoL) is operated by Novelia on behalf of the Järva district administration. The facility has 31 places and is staffed around the clock, with 11 places designated for supported housing and 20 for special services. The permit/assignment from the district administration includes the operation of a meeting place, which is open on weekdays and located in Tensta Center.
Due to internal mobility, we are looking for someone who wants to lead, develop, and drive operations in a company in an expansive phase towards set goals in dialogue with employees, managers, and leadership. In this position, you will be based at Elinsborgsbacken Supported Housing in Tensta and report to the Operations Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
• Operate the business based on established strategic goals.
• Initiate, implement, coordinate, and follow up on daily operations and the development of the business in accordance with the established operational plan.
• Overall responsibility for personnel, budget, and operations. Responsibility for the work environment and fire safety for employees and the property/properties where the operations are conducted.
• Continuously further develop the operations in accordance with Novelia's strategic expansion goals.
Qualifications
In this role, you need to share Novelia's view on conducting operations with a common culture, values, goals, and vision. As a person, you see the operational management from a holistic perspective and take responsibility by contributing your strategic and analytical skills. You have no problem communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders within the company.
You are engaged, enjoy leading others, and build relationships where you are visible and accessible. You should be goal-oriented, clear, and a team builder. We believe you possess natural courage, are willing to think outside the box, and have the ability to engage the employees who report to you.
To be considered for this role, you must have in-depth knowledge of the laws, regulations, guidelines, and frameworks that govern the operations—both from the municipality and other relevant authorities.
You are a qualified social worker or have another equivalent academic degree in accordance with the permit assessment by IVO. You have at least 2 years of managerial experience that includes personnel, budget, and operational responsibilities.
Experience from the municipal sector and the systems specifically used in the various district administrations of Stockholm City is an advantage for this position.

Collective Agreement, Benefits & Compensation
All companies in the Novelia Group are members of Almega/Vårdföretagarna and have a collective agreement according to Industry E; for this role, the collective agreement between Almega/Vårdföretagarna and the Academic Unions applies.
Novelia offers a wellness allowance of 3000 SEK per full year worked.
Salary is differentiated and individual based on agreement.
Start Date & Scope

The start date is immediate. The position is full-time. For this role, Novelia applies a 6-month probationary period.
